H&H has performed dozens of projects for Rockland Trust Banking including new out of the ground branches, exterior and interior renovations, drive-throughs, ATMs and parking lots.
- Complete demolition of existing building and foundation, out of the ground construction of new 3,000 square foot branch in Quincy including all new utilities, site drainage parking lot and signage.
- 3 floor renovations; common areas as well as executive & HR offices totaling over 14,000 square feet in Hanover.
- Extensive interior and exterior renovations to existing 2,000 – 4,000 square foot branches including new parking areas and landscaping in Hull, Middleborough, and Norwell, MA.
- Interior renovations to existing 3,000 – 4,000 square foot branches in Rockland, Bridgewater, Whitman, Plymouth, Somerset, Attleborough, Randolph, Hing-ham, Cohasset, Franklin and Quincy.
H&H Builders recently completed construction of a brand new free standing 3,000 square foot full service Rockland Trust bank branch in North Quincy. H&H managed this project from its inception which included the demolition of an existing 2-story structure, site work, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and landscaping. Masonry was a significant feature in this project as well with the extensive retaining wall on the back side of the parking lot.
Also included was a three lane drive up ATM. The interior of the building which included HVAC, plumbing and electrical, doors, frames, hardware, glass partitions and finishes was completed during the end of April and the bank was open for use in May. This is RTC’s second new branch in Quincy and only took nine months to complete.
