Demolition and Construction of New Bank Branch
H&H Builders recently completed construction of a brand new free standing 3,000 square foot full service Rockland Trust bank branch in North Quincy. H&H managed this project from its inception which included the demolition of an existing 2-story structure, site work, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and landscaping. Masonry was a significant feature in this project as well with the extensive retaining wall on the back side of the parking lot.
Also included was a three lane drive up ATM. The interior of the building which included HVAC, plumbing and electrical, doors, frames, hardware, glass partitions and finishes was completed during the end of April and the bank was open for use in May. This project only took 9 months to complete.
